Support to Regulatory Capacity Building in Ukraine

The objective of this project is to support the organization of a training event on utility regulation under the existing legal framework of Ukraine. The activity aims to develop the regulatory capacity of the Ukrainian water sector regulator, which was established recently.

After a significant delay caused by a complete change of management in the regulatory agenda in the fall of 2014, the training event was held in Kyiv in August 2015.

This support program is run in close coordination with the World Bank's Second Urban Infrastructure Project for Ukraine.
